"Very good"
Location is extremely convenient. Its just walking of less than 10 minutes to Haram. Locality is populated and everything is easy to find in the surrounding such as restaurants, laundry, grocery etc. I think this convenience supersedes everything.

The duty managerrs behaviour is very bad as fisrstly they dont except my credit card on which i booked, after insisting they told me its possible only next day and when i come back next day evening they locked my room to pay first and only cash which is astonishing for me.

Very close to al Marwa gate about 5 minutes walk but it takes more time to get to kabba, all services are available around, small apartments, always busy and crowded hotel so waiting for elevators for long time sometimes
